Copper Fox Distillery hosts the 2nd Annual Swine & Brine Festival on March 28 from 1:00–8:00 PM. The all-day celebration combines a Southern-style pig pickin’ with a classic oyster roast to mark the release of Dawson’s Reserve Bourbon in a 750mL bottle. Guests can enjoy unlimited roasted and raw oysters, clam chowder, sides, and a pulled pork BBQ plate, along with a welcome Bloody Mary and access to a bourbon and whisky tasting tent. The event also features live music by the Michael G. Clark Band with Tracy Clark, bonfire-style fire pits, and additional cocktails available for purchase.
