7th Annual Festival of India

The Indian Cultural Association will host the Festival of India – Diwali Mela on September 20 and 21, 2025, at the Howard County Fairgrounds, inviting the community to celebrate Indian culture, history, and heritage. Expected to draw between 20,000 and 25,000 attendees, this two-day event will be the largest Indian festival in Maryland, showcasing music, dance, food, clothing, jewelry, handicrafts, and more. Guests can enjoy culinary specialties from top area restaurants, shop ethnic goods and services from East Coast exhibitors, and experience live entertainment ranging from classical and folk performances to Bollywood dances, DJ sets, and an open mic.
