A One-Night-Only Dinner with Osip’s Chef Merlin Johnson

The Dabney is thrilled to welcome Chef Merlin Johnson of the Michelin-starred Osip in Somerset, UK, for a one-night-only collaboration with its own Chef Jeremiah Langhorne.

As part of the OpenTable x Visa "Friends in Town" series, this intimate dinner service on August 27th brings two like-minded chefs together to celebrate peak-season ingredients, storytelling through food, and warm hospitality. The special evening will feature a collaborative six-course menu highlighting seasonality, combining each chef’s unique expertise and craft.
