At this Punjabi twist on the classic Mother's Day brunch, guests can order off the a la carte brunch menu, or choose from a decadent three-course prix-fixe menu. A highlight from the prix-fixe menu is the Malabar Machhi Chilean Sea Bass, with jaggery cumin glaze, brussel sprout thoran, and kokum coconut sauce. Some a la carte menu highlights include the Desi Huevos Rancheros with organic eggs, minced lamb, white peas and grilled avocado ($16); fried chicken and dosa waffle with mint yogurt, tamarind and ginger gel, and punjabi maple syrup ($16); egg curry with Aloo bhaja, pickled onion, and garlic naan ($16); and the Punjabi Benedict with pulled jackfruit or leg of lamb, poached egg, Patiala hollandaise ($18). The three-course prix-fixe menu is priced at $55 per person.
