A Taste of Louisiana with Fall Cochon de Lait Fest at Hi/Fi Tex-Mex BBQ

Hi/Fi Tex-Mex BBQ is bringing Louisiana flavor to Del Ray with a free, all-afternoon Cochon de Lait celebration featuring a traditional Cajun whole-hog roast and a feast of Southern favorites. You can dig into cochon de lait po’ boys, smoked chicken and andouille gumbo, crab jambalaya, smoked boudin, and blackened catfish fritters, alongside Hurricanes, Sazeracs, and more. The festivities will also feature a curated New Orleans soundtrack, lawn games, a gator-wrestling photo booth, and vintage flea market vendors. The event begins at 2:00 p.m. w/ food and drinks available for purchase.
