An Evening in Tuscany with Isole e Olena

Fiola Mare will host a special wine dinner in collaboration with legendary Tuscan estate Isole e Olena on Tuesday, September 22 at 6:30 p.m. Distinguished estate guest Eleonora Guerini will guide guests through a selection of wines while sharing the stories and craftsmanship behind each pour. The evening will feature a thoughtfully curated five-course menu by Chef Brinn Sinnott, paired with standout selections including Chardonnay 2023, Syrah 2020, Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, Cepparello 2020, and the rare Vin Santo 2011. Held at Fiola Mare in Georgetown, the intimate experience offers guests the opportunity to explore one of Tuscany’s most storied estates alongside Fiola Mare’s coastal Italian cuisine.
