Join Chef Edward Lee and Succotash Penn Quarter for “An Evening with Maker’s Mark.” Chef Edward will be joined by Marker’s Mark Master Distiller Denny Porter for a special four-course menu paired with a selection of Maker’s Mark bourbons. Guests will be immersed in an evening of world-class bourbon paired with chef Lee’s Southern fare with Korean influence. Featured dishes include Grilled Quail with Roasted Banana BBQ sauce and Watermelon Salad; and Smoked Beef Short Rib with Cheesy Grits, Creamy Slaw and Fried Okra.
