The 4th Annual Annapolis Songwriters Festival will take place September 11–14, 2025, showcasing nationally renowned and local songwriters in multiple venues throughout Annapolis. The four-day festival celebrates songwriting and storytelling with both ticketed performances and free downtown showcases.

The festival is presented by Rams Head in partnership with BMI, Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County, the Maryland Sports Commission, and the City of Annapolis. It features over 40 Annapolis-based songwriters alongside national headliners, providing a unique opportunity to experience live music in intimate and unexpected venues throughout the city.
