Lyon Hall’s special Bastille Day menu features Coq au Vin Blanc ft chicken, bacon, pearl onions, carrots, white wine, cream, and egg noodles; the Paris Sour, a bright cocktail of cognac, honey nectar, fresh lemon juice, egg white, and Peychaud's and Angostura bitters; and the Bastille Boulevardier, a riff on the classic with cognac, Suze, Dolin Rouge, and lemon zest.
