Capital One Center Celebration of the Arts

The Capital One Center Celebration of the Arts, presented in collaboration with the Tephra Institute of Contemporary Art (Tephra ICA), is set to transform Tysons, VA, into a vibrant hub of creativity on October 4–5, 2025. This two-day outdoor festival will immerse guests of all ages in a multi-arts experience, with streets closed for the weekend to create a multi-block celebration filled with interactive art installations, hands-on workshops, live music, and curated culinary experiences. Attendees can explore participatory artmaking with regional artists, engage in skill-level-friendly workshops, and discover unexpected creative moments throughout the Capital One Center campus. The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts’ traveling ArtMobile will present Love, Laughter, Tears: An Artist’s Guide to Emotions, featuring works spanning 6,000 years of global history that explore the universal human experience through art. Alongside a dynamic lineup of live performances, the festival will showcase a diverse selection of food vendors, beer and wine tasting experiences, and culinary workshops highlighting Capital One Center’s own acclaimed restaurants, including Wren Tysons, Sisters Thai, Ometeo, Star Hill Brewpub, and Stellina Pizzeria. Adding to the excitement, Tephra ICA will curate a featured activation inside The Vault, a 300-person immersive venue at Capital One Hall, featuring a virtual reality art installation by Arden Bendler Browning that merges contemporary painting with cutting-edge technology.
