Capital Wine School Presents: A Burgundy Tasting With Jeannie Cho Lee

The Capital Wine School is pleased to host a special Burgundy tasting and book signing with renowned wine critic and award-winning author, Jeannie Cho Lee. The first Asian Master of Wine, Jeannie is considered by many to be Asia’s most respected authority on the subject. She is the Co-Chair of the Decanter Asia Wine Awards in Hong Kong, and the Burgundy Chair for the Decanter World Wine Awards in London. Jeannie is a Certified Wine Educator with the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, and holds a master’s degree from Harvard University. Her latest book, The 100 Burgundy: Exceptional Wines to Build a Dream Cellar, has been praised by Steven Spurrier as “a roll-call of Burgundy’s greatest wines, described with effortless beauty by someone who understands them as true works of art.” The 100 Burgundy is available for purchase online, and there will be a limited number of copies on hand the evening of the event on a first-come, first-serve basis. $150 per person. 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Jeannie will be available to sign copies of the book between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. Please note that only guests who are registered for the event may attend the book signing.
