During this class, you’ll uncover the distinctive characteristics of Jura’s indigenous grape varieties, including Savagnin and Poulsard, as well as the more familiar Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Learn about the region’s traditional winemaking methods, such as sous voile aging, which imparts the signature oxidative style found in many of Jura’s wines. $95 per person.
