Capitol Jill Baking partners with Your Only Friend and local peanut butter brand One Trick Pony for a playful, flavor-packed collaboration on Saturday, September 20. The exclusive menu celebrates salty-sweet creativity with dishes like juicy, savory burgers topped with “Graceland butter” (whipped peanut butter, bacon jam, banana, and honey butter), PB&J cake slices, peanut cola cocktails, and a variety of nutty snacks.

The collaboration reflects Jill and Paul’s (co-owner of Your Only Friend) long-standing shared love for whimsical flavor combinations and crunchy, salty-sweet treats.

The event begins at 11:00 AM and runs until sell out. Your Only Friend’s regular food and beverage menu will also be available. Walk-ins only; no reservations required. The first 20 customers will receive special gifts from One Trick Pony.
