On October 15th at 7 p.m., Cheesetique Del Ray’s Wine Library hosts a five-wine, five-bite pairing for $55 per person, featuring Caroline Mazzard, longtime Export Manager for Domaine des Pasquiers. Mazzard will share stories from the vineyards and cellar, offering an inside look at the Lambert family’s organic Rhône estate. Founded in 1935, Domaine des Pasquiers is now run by the third generation, producing wines celebrated for freshness, balance, and a true Rhône signature.
