Cheesetique Online Class: Italian Masterpieces

On Thursday, July 10th at 7 PM, Cheesetique Del Ray will host a one-hour virtual tasting experience led by founder and cheese expert Jill Erber, affectionately known as the “Cheese Lady.” This engaging Zoom class explores the rich traditions and iconic flavors of Italy through a guided tasting of artisanal cheeses and classic accompaniments. Each kit, designed to serve 2–4 people, features a curated selection including Buffalo Mozzarella, Stracchino, Pecorino Toscano 90-Day, Gorgonzola Piccante, thin-sliced Prosciutto San Daniele, and Truffle Crisps. Guests can also opt to add a bottle of Barone Ricasoli’s "Antico Feudo Toscana" Super Tuscan—an exceptional blend from Italy’s oldest winery.
