Chef Robert Wiedmaier will showcase his Belgian-accented French cuisine, with a soulful but elegant 4-course menu: pan-seared scallops with potato hash and Ghent mustard essence; short rib ravioli with carrot puree and red wine reduction; roasted duck breast with caramelized shallots, salsify puree, tarragon duck essence; and Reblochon cheesecake with apricots for dessert. The cost for dinner is $78 for the four courses, with an optional wine pairing for $40.
