Chef Jacques’ Champagne Holiday Celebration

L’Auberge Chez François hosts its beloved annual Chef Jacques’ Champagne Holiday Celebration on Saturday, December 6th at 11:00 AM. This lively cooking demonstration and luncheon experience marks the beginning of the holiday season with signature French flair and festive indulgence.

Chef Jacques entertains guests with a champagne-focused culinary demonstration, followed by a multi-course holiday feast featuring highlights such as Mousseline of Maine Lobster with Champagne beurre blanc and caviar, Classic Dover Sole with Perigord truffle sauce, and the restaurant’s famous warm Valrhona chocolate soufflé. Carefully selected Champagne pairings accompany the menu throughout the meal.
