On Saturday, August 23rd, The Roost/Shelter at 1401 Pennsylvania Ave SE will transform into a Windy City celebration, featuring loaded hot dogs, eight beers from Dovetail Brewery and Off Color Brewing, and four Chicago-inspired cocktails. Guests can sip like a local with the $10 Chicago Handshake beer-and-shot combo or go all out with the Windy City Circuit, a beer-shot-and-hot-dog pairing for just $15. From award-winning local brews to iconic bites and playful cocktail creations, this all-day event runs from 12:00pm to close with no admission fee, making it the perfect way for both Chicagoans and fans alike to celebrate in style.
