Cooking Class: Pasta & Dessert

Step into Via Umbria's kitchen with a small group of amateur chefs for an intimate cooking class. You will learn how to make pasta by hand and prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to roll up your sleeves and try it yourself and, as a bonus, you will have the opportunity to create one of Via Umbria's signature desserts. This week’s menu features Corzetti (ligurian stamped pasta) with pistachio pesto, bufala ricotta and asparagus, followed by strawberry semifreddo, with the chance afterward to enjoy your handiwork.
