COOKING CLASS: PASTA & DESERT

Step into Via Umbria's kitchen where you and a small group of amateur chefs will enjoy an intimate cooking class where we will demonstrate how to make pasta by hand and prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to roll up your sleeves and try it yourself. This week’s menu features Strangozzi alla Spoletina, followed by a local Umbrian speciality - Crescionda. Beer, wine and bottomless prosecco will be available for purchase to enjoy during the class and with your meal. Tickets are $60.
