Crisis Mode: Endangered Earth Exhibit Earth Day Celebration

When:
April 20,2019 – April 20,2019 all-day
Where:
Zenith Gallery
1429 Iris Street NW

The environmental crisis on earth is not new but everyday becomes more critical and it will determine the future. The enormity of the crisis is daunting, but that cannot stop one from acting. While dreaming of the pristine past or hoping the future might be uplifting, it is merely passive thought. This exhibition explores the various ways one can act to save our planet. Zenith Gallery presents work that recycles natural and man-made objects. With views of nature, trees, water, air and endangerment of animals we explore images of action and protest. The exhibition is a mix of passive engagement with the environment, and forms that steer one toward solutions that hopefully will rescue and preserve our world. During our Earth Day celebration Zenith will provide information and actionable tips. Each artist will have their own action plan and describe their work. Learning how to act empowers us all. 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.   Photo credits: Zenith Gallery
