Field & Tide: A New Chesapeake Food Festival at The Wildset Hotel

The Wildset Hotel is hosting Field & Tide, its first culinary festival, a weekend built around the food of the Chesapeake Bay. On Friday, 2025 James Beard semifinalist Michael Correll of Ruse joins Michelin-starred chefs Chris Morgan, the America’s Culinary Cup runner-up, and Gerald Addison for a four-course, family-style dinner made with produce from the hotel’s own farm, with an optional wine pairing. On Saturday, the Milk Truck Garage becomes a food fair with fresh-shucked oysters, bites from all three chefs, Bark BBQ and live music, and part of the proceeds benefit the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
