Guest speaker Chris McDaniel of Four Roses will guide guests through a curated four-course dinner with pairings, including:

Savory Cheesecake with honey oat crust, glazed bacon lardons, mesclun salad, and blackberry vinaigrette paired with a Four Roses Sidecar

Homemade Eclairs with dark chocolate ganache, orange-scented Bavarian cream, and marcona almonds paired with Four Roses Small Batch
