If you've attended one of Josephine’s wine classes, than you have likely heard their Wine Director, Erin Dudley, cut herself off from a description of the key geographical parts of France and how their distinct soils effect the wines grown there, often saying, "that's a story for another day." Well that day has finally come. At this class, they will look at France's geographical and geological history while discussing how the rock types and formations effect the grapes and wine styles of each area.
