Join Slow Food DC for a winter bottling party at Green Hat Gin! First, you'll get a quick tour of Green Hat's Ivy City distillery, and then you'll learn how to bottle the product yourself, from start to finish. The assembly line starts wtih filling Green Hat's signature rectangular bottles with their small-batch gin, then moves to corking, labeling, and adding batch numbers. In return for your hard work, you'll be rewarded with light snacks and seasonal gin cocktails. The event runs from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tickets are free and you can reserve them here.
