Begin with a cocktail demonstration featuring High Wire's Hat Trick Gin. Then we'll explore the story and craft of High Wire's "Jimmy Red" bourbons, crafted from rare ruby-hued landrace corn in Charleston, South Carolina. Enjoy a guided tasting through the various expressions offered, including the classic bourbon, the bottled-in-bond, and an exclusive introductory taste of the new release of High Wire's Double Oaked Jimmy Red.
Attendees will have first access to this new release in Washington, DC, as well as the exclusive sale pricing on the rest of the High Wire portfolio. After dinner, retire to Jack Rose's cellar speakeasy for a special pour from their whiskey collection.
