In this first the Dames DC Chapter's two-part monthly online series on pasta, they are honored to host historian Karima Moyer-Nocchi, who promises a lively presentation on the evolution of pasta as a cornerstone of Italian cuisine. She will highlight the factors that shaped its trajectory, the obstacles encountered along the way, and the pivotal moments that propelled it to its current leviathan status. (Born and educated in the States, Karima has lived in Italy since 1990, so we may be asking her questions about daily kitchen life there, too!) NOTE: This program will NOT be recorded, so be sure to catch it live. Register for free on Eventbrite. 6:30 - 7:45 p.m.
