Kingbird's Chinese New Year Cocktail

Kingbird at The Watergate Hotel will offer a very special cocktail, Lychee Lantern, as the customary toast to everlasting friendship, happiness, and other wishes for the new Lunar Year. The cocktail pays tribute to the installation at REACH at the nearby Kennedy Center, featuring 100 colorful Chinese lanterns displayed throughout the garden. The lanterns' glow will exude a symbolic ambiance that confirms their meaning – the wish for a bright future. The Lychee Lantern, in its beautiful blush hue, is a delicate combination of Absolut Elyx Vodka, Blood Orange Cordial, Lychee Juice, Quail Egg, Saline, and House Spice Bitters.
