La Chaîne DC: Grand Induction and Holiday Gala

La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs are delighted to announce that registration is now open for our Grand Induction and Holiday Gala, to be held on Monday, December 16th, at the historic Willard Hotel in Washington, DC. This will be the 58th Induction, and this black-tie celebration promises to be more memorable than ever.

The evening begins in the Crystal Ballroom with a champagne reception and passed hors d’œuvres at 7:00 p.m. Guests will then move across the hall to the Peacock Lounge for our Grand Induction Ceremony.

Following the ceremony, the celebration returns to the Crystal Ballroom for an exceptional multi-course dinner showcasing fine cuisine, and wines from the Bailliage's cellar.
