MARK YOUR CALENDAR: A Night With Jacques & Claudine Pépin

Mark your calendar for this culinary techniques demo where Jacques and Claudine Pépin will cook together in support of the Jacques Pépin Foundation. The hour-long Zoom webinar will showcase classic cooking and knife skills, great conversation with plenty of laughs, and an intimate look into Jacques’ kitchen. The father-daughter duo will cook together demonstrating culinary expertise with their familiar banter and joie de vivre. Enjoy wine along with the show, tasting French wines from Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite)’s estate in the South of France - Chateau d’ Aussiéres. Aussiéres “Blanc” is a Chardonnay that combines liveliness, smoothness, and fruit. Blason d’Aussiéres Corbiéres is a full-bodied expression of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvédre, and Carignan with ripe fruit and spicy notes. You can submit questions in advance to [email protected] or inquire during the virtual event.
