BOURBON SETAK at the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC will present to guests a colossal Crocquembouche tower. This traditional pyramid-shaped French dessert composed of dozens upon dozens of individual choux pastry balls featuring champagne-cream filling conceals a secret surprise within the soaring masterpiece. Guests can end their meal on a sweet note by enjoying a complimentary puff, only one of which will contain a "ticket" to receive  aspontaneous free night stay in a select room at the Four Seasons Hotel.
