Capitol Jill Baking and her friend Erika Kwee, who is most commonly known as The Pancake Princess, are hosting a community bake off. Erika is a New York City-based food blogger and content creator, and she is famous for her bake-offs! Once a month, Erika picks a baked good, and tests popular recipes and judges them against each other (Guinness Chocolate CakeChocolate Babka). Her data-driven approach made her popular online among baking enthusiasts, as they are constantly looking out for the best recipes, netting her 262K followers on Instagram and 106K followers on TikTok.

You are asked to bring in your BEST BAKE in one of the 5 categories: milk bread, asian-ish cookies, mochi, sponge cake, and no-bake desserts for one of the 5 Grand prizes sponsored by Great Jones, Dona, and the Eastern Point Collective, plus a baking book by an AAPI author. Tickets are $15 and includes beverage by Dona, with proceeds going to Viet Place Collective. To purchase a ticket, click here.
