On Wednesday, November 26th at 7 p.m., Cheesetique founder and beloved “Cheese Lady” Jill Erber returns for her annual holiday cheese and wine class — a cherished tradition featuring five exquisite cheeses and an outstanding American red wine. This year’s lineup includes a rare treat: the elusive and award-winning Rogue River Blue, crowned “Best Cheese in the World” in 2020. Each kit, designed to serve two to four people, includes Vacherousse, Cyprien a Noix, Merlot Bellavitano, Plymouth Sage & Herb Cheddar, Rogue River Blue, and Keogh’s “Roast Turkey and Secret Stuffing” Potato Chips. The featured wine, Matthews “Cuvée” 2021 — a Bordeaux-style blend from Washington State earning 93 points from Wine Spectator — offers lush notes of dark cherry, plum, and spice, perfectly complementing the selection. Participants can purchase their kits for pickup or delivery, then join Jill live on Zoom for an engaging hour of tasting, learning, and celebrating all things cheese and wine.
