For their next “Mezcal with Friends” event, Pascual welcomes one of Mexico’s most visionary mixologists, Fabiola Padilla, founder of Bekeb in San Miguel de Allende! Known for her inventive approach that bridges ancestral Mexican ingredients with modern mixology, Padilla crafts cocktails that are as thoughtful as they are beautiful with each one a sensory exploration of Mexico’s heritage and future. Bekeb, located inside Hotel Live Aqua, has been nominated multiple times for Best Hotel Bar in Latin America by The Tales of the Cocktail Foundation.
