Chocolate and wine are the classic food & drink pairing, and Metro Cooking DC is taking it to the next level. Learn from Master Chocolatier Anabella Arcay at Arcay Chocolates, an international acclaimed Chocolatier with 42 international awards, on how to make truffles while sipping on some of the finest Ports provided by Calvert Woodley. The Port tasting will include brands such as Croft Porto, Taylor Fladgate and Fonseca Porto. Experience a whole new world of chocolate making including how to temper chocolate, make ganache and coat truffles. You will develop your own unique palette to sense new flavors and skillfully pair Ports with premium chocolate.
