L’Auberge Chez François welcomes guests to an elegant Prince Havely Four-Course Musical Brunch Experience on Sunday, January 11th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Set in the restaurant’s beautiful Rooster Room, this refined brunch pairs a live musical performance with a thoughtfully curated four-course menu.

The always sold-out, multi-talented Prince Havely brings the timeless sounds of the Great American Songbook to life, performing beloved classics made famous by Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Tony Bennett, and other legendary crooners. Known as one of the region’s most celebrated vocal talents, Prince Havely’s style and charm appeal to guests of all ages.

Guests will enjoy a multi-course Alsatian-inspired brunch featuring house-made breads, Chef Jacques’ shrimp bisque, a choice of lobster or filet mignon Benedict, and Valrhona chocolate mousse, accompanied by brunch cocktails including Crémant d’Alsace, mulled spiced wine, mimosas, and Bloody Marys.

With several past performances selling out, early registration is strongly encouraged. The event is priced at $98 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).
