Join Kingbird for a prix-fixe dinner featuring the Love Letter. This clever culinary creation begins with a succulent New England lobster and shrimp mousseline, delicately seasoned with a blend of fine herbs and lemon zest, which is then stuffed into a paper-thin house-made pasta dough resembling a sealed envelope. This flavorful and playful dish pleases both the palate and the eye. This unique offering serves two and is an intermediator between the first course and the main dish to share.
