Hosted by Sak Polert of Rice Market Seng Laungrath who will demonstrate Mok Pa, a Lao dish of seafood steamed in banana leaves with a green curry sauce, coconut, dill, wood ear mushrooms and onions all the while sharing with students her rich, cherished food memories and lively conversation. You will have some snacks to enjoy along the way ( Sakoo & Lao Spicy Peanuts) as well as a welcome cocktail!
