Silver and Sons Barbecue x Z&Z’s Manoushe Baker

Two Montgomery County favorites, Silver and Sons Barbecue and Z&Z’s Manoushe Baker, are teaming up  for a special collaboration, swapping specialties to create limited-time menu items.

Silver & Sons will use fresh pitas from Z&Z to make Nashville Harissa Hot Chicken Pitas, filled with buttermilk-brined fried chicken thighs, green goddess yogurt, sumac onion slaw, and pickled cucumber, with an optional garlic-harissa bomb for extra heat; available until March 1st at their Bethesda location.
