Somms Uncorked: The Bazaar x Bresca

On Wednesday, September 25 at 6:30 PM, The Bazaar by José Andrés will host Somms Uncorked, an exclusive one-night dining experience that blends culinary artistry with the creativity of two acclaimed sommeliers. Guests will savor a multi-course menu paired in dueling fashion by The Bazaar’s in-house somm Jeff Norton and Bresca’s Alexandra Padron, with both pairings served side by side for each dish. Diners will taste, compare, and cast their votes to determine which philosophy shines brightest, transforming dinner into a spirited competition. More than a meal, Somms Uncorked is an interactive celebration of food, wine, and discovery, culminating in one sommelier crowned champion and every guest leaving with a richer appreciation for wine’s possibilities.
