Park Hyatt Washington, D.C. will host a Summer 2019 Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine, a seasonal culinary & beverage experience. This unique gathering includes a three-course, farm-inspired brunch menu with cocktails, by Blue Duck Tavern’s Executive Chef, Adam Howard as he draws inspiration for the season from fresh produce farmed by special guest, Mike Mustards. Mustards was formerly a sous chef for Michael Mina before delving into a new career as a produce farmer. Guests can look forward to Executive Chef Adam Howard’s seasonal menu capturing the essence of early summer, showcasing flowering nettles, heirloom radishes, viola flowers, wild flowering watercress, peas, foraged ramps along with Fiddlehead ferns, Cymling squash and chickweed.
