Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab in Washington D.C. invites guests to an exclusive evening of fine dining and exceptional wine on Friday, September 12th. The restaurant will host a special wine dinner featuring Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, with Educational Director Chris Gromko in attendance. The evening begins with a 6:30 PM reception featuring Guado Al Tasso Scalabrone Rosé, followed by a 7:00 PM multi-course dinner thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of Stag’s Leap wines. Highlights include heirloom tomato salad with Aveta Sauvignon Blanc, seabass with Karia Chardonnay, filet mignon with Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon, New York strip paired with both Fay Vineyard and S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon, and a cherry bread pudding dessert accompanied by Stag’s Leap’s Fortified Wine. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase featured wines to enjoy at home. Tickets are $195 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included).
