Guests are treated to live DJ sets featuring a summery mix of Japanese city pop, nu-disco, and chill jazz funk, alongside the bar’s newest attraction—tableside Kakigori Cocktails. These Japanese shaved ice cocktails, priced at $40 each, are crafted with premium Suntory Japanese spirits and prepared live by Moonraker’s staff. Featured options include the Suntory Red Bean Espresso Martini with Haku vodka and azuki; the tropical Suntory Melon Mojito with Roku gin, honeydew, and yuzu sweet cream; and the Suntory Strawberry Boulevardier, a ruby-hued cocktail with Toki whisky and the option to upgrade to Suntory Hibiki Harmony for an additional $10. Alongside cocktails, guests can enjoy signature bites such as Pan Fried Shrimp Dumplings with chili oil and Tokyo Fried Chicken with kanzuri mumbo sauce, as well as an assortment of Nigiri, Sashimi, and Maki rolls.
