Teresa’s Table with Chef Isabel Coss will feature a $145 per person chef’s tasting menu (plus tax), with an optional wine pairing highlighting female winemakers. Hosted by Chef Ruben Garcia, the evening honors the legacy of his abuela Teresa, whose home, traditions, and strength served as the foundation for generations of family and community. As the first Teresa’s Table dinner series of 2026, the event celebrates the women who have fought for a better future, beginning with the stories created in the kitchen. Cooking is viewed as a love language, and through this series the team hopes to make the world a little better, one dish at a time. The evening will feature guest Chef Isabel Coss, a Mexico City native recognized on FOOD & WINE’s 2023 list of the “Best New Chefs in America,” a 2025 James Beard Foundation “Best Chef Mid-Atlantic” semifinalist, and one of the “100 Latino Leaders in the United States.” Chef Coss moved to Washington, DC in 2020 to join The Popal Group at Lutèce and now serves as the Executive Chef of the group’s Pascual.
