Todd and Ellen will be hosting Thanksgiving dinner, which will include their annual oyster roast on the patio, featuring oysters and oyster mushrooms. The menu is a three-course tasting menu. It features traditional favorites such as cider-beer brined Pennsylvania turkey with sausage & chestnut stuffing, haricots verts, and citrus-cranberry chutney as well as plant-based options including wild rice stuffed collard greens with Path Valley apples, English walnuts, and harissa broth caramelized hearts of palm. Equinox will also have private dining optionsand catering featuring custom seasonal menus.
