The 11th Annual Horses & Horsepower Invitational Car Show

The 2025 Upperville Colt & Horse Show presented by MARS EQUESTRIAN™—the oldest horse show in the U.S.—returns June 2–8, celebrating its 172nd year with daily competitions from 8 a.m. to sunset. More than 1,200 horse-and-rider pairs will compete throughout the week, culminating on Sunday, June 8 at 2 p.m. with the $200,000 Upperville Jumper Classic CSI4*. Also on June 8, the 11th Annual Horses & Horsepower Invitational Car Show takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. adjacent to the Grand Prix ring. This popular event draws car enthusiasts from across the DMV with its impressive display of classic, rare, and vintage vehicles. Admission and parking are free all week. Organizer John Denegre shared that the car show, held in memory of founder David Mullins and sponsored by White Post Restorations, continues to be a favorite among visitors.
