The Wines of Portugal with Kasia White

Join Kasia White DipWSET, Certified Educator of the Wines of Portugal, on a wine tour of southern and central Portugal on November 6th from 6:30 to 8 p.m. 

Participants will discuss some of the 250 native grape varieties and all their synonyms from around the country. Some may have heard of a few of them, like Alvarinho and Touriga Nacional, but this class will go further and explore some lesser known ones like Arinto, Castelao and Trincadeira. By the time the course is finished, understanding of wines from this beautiful country will be broader, and participants will have some new favorite wines to seek out.
