The Oval Room is offering a three-course, prix fixe holiday menu. Prepared by Executive Chef Bryan Moscatello, the menu features tempting first course options such as Foie Gras Parfait, Salmon Mi Cuit, Beaver Creek Farm Quail, as well as Porcini Tortellini, followed by entrées such as Christmas Goose, Venison Loin, Alaskan Black Cod, Roast Porcelet.
