Join Ovoka Farm on March 7th for a unique Wagyu Omakase tasting experience at their historic farm and vineyard property. The evening features a 12-to-15 course sampling, showcasing an array of Ovoka F1 Wagyu cuts through varied artful preparations influenced by flavors from around the globe. The culinary journey is guided, curated, and composed by Chef Joel Valente. Wines available for purchase by the glass provided by Ovoka Farm Winery.

Gather at our community farm table inside the Ovoka Manor Home, where the intimate setting and shared experience create the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening of Wagyu and wine. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with the tasting set to start at 6:15 p.m.
