This October, Waldorf Astoria Washington DC reintroduces its celebrated “Wednesdays at Waldorf Astoria” series—an indulgent monthly escape where sophistication and sensory delight intertwine. The season opens on Wednesday, October 22, with an elegant Champagne & Caviar evening in partnership with Petrossian and Ruinart. Guests will savor four refined pairings, including Seared Tuna & Caviar Toast with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and Bresaola with Horseradish Cream and Ruinart Rosé, each dish crafted to capture the timeless artistry of fine dining that defines the Waldorf experience. The series continues through the season with imaginative, themed events designed to captivate the palate and spirit: Tartars & Tinis on November 12, featuring autumn-inspired martinis alongside three distinctive tartars; and Logs & Nogs on December 17, a whimsical celebration of holiday indulgence with inventive eggnogs and reimagined Yule Logs.
